Refunds and Returns Policy

As the purchaser of a perishable item through Serenade Creations Florist, you agree to the following:

  • All sales are final.
  • Returns are only accepted under the following circumstances:
    • Report all issues within 24 hours of delivery.
    • Gladly replace any damaged item affected through delivery. 
    • Perishable items are non-refundable, however a credit will issued should a resolution not be achieved between seller and purchaser.
    • Returns are accepted on a “quality” basis only — issues of “not liking” the arrangement are not grounds for a return.
  • Flowers are to be watered. Usually flowers should last between 3 to 7 days if they are cared for appropriately. Call us should you require assistance.
  • Choose carefully as choosing based on style preference is no grounds for a refund or return.
  • Flowers are seasonal and every effort will be made to remain true to the arrangement as pictured. Substitute flowers will be used based on availability and season.
  • If you require a specific product, please call and check for its availability.
  • If no name is specified for the “card message”, will will put the name of the sender on the card
  • Delivery times are generalized to “morning” and “afternoon” deliveries. If you require a timed delivery, please call and speak to us for a delivery time that is convenient. 
  • Please ensure the recipient is present at the place of deliver. The delivery company will leave the flowers unattended should there be no one home.
